  • Account Information: Name, college email address, college/university name, and selected exam preferences.
  • Waitlist Data: Email address and exam selection when you join our waitlist.
  • Contact Form Data: Name, email, phone number (optional), and message content when you reach out to us.
  • Payment Information: Payment details are processed by our third-party payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store your credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs.

b) Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, and interaction patterns.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs.
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. See Section 7 for details.

  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent for data processing at any time (this may affect service availability).
  • Grievance Redressal: Lodge a complaint with our Grievance Officer (see Section 10).

9. Children's Privacy

Our platform is intended for college students aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has consented to your use of our Service. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will promptly delete it.
