We want you to have a positive experience with Eleventh Hour. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds, cancellations, and the circumstances under which we can assist you. Please read this carefully before making a purchase.

1. Nature of Our Products

Eleventh Hour provides digital study materials — specifically, predicted question papers and structured answer keys. These are instantly accessible digital products delivered electronically upon purchase.

Because our products are digital in nature and access is granted immediately after payment, we are generally unable to offer refunds once access has been provided.

2. General Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access digital nature of our products, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

We understand this may seem strict, but it is necessary to protect the integrity of our content. Since our papers can be viewed, screenshotted, or copied instantly upon access, a refund after access would effectively mean free distribution of our content.

3. Exceptions — When We May Offer Assistance

While we do not offer standard refunds, we are committed to fairness. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same paper due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate amount.
  • Non-Delivery: If you completed payment but did not receive access to the papers due to a system error on our end, we will either provide immediate access or issue a full refund.
  • Wrong Product: If you were charged for a paper different from what you selected and cannot use it, we will work with you to provide the correct paper or issue a refund.
  • Exam Cancellation:If your exam is officially cancelled by your university after you've purchased papers, contact us. We'll assess the situation and may offer credit for a future purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above:

  1. Email us at hello@eleventhhour.com within 48 hours of your purchase.
  2. Include your registered email, transaction/order ID, and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Cancellations

Since access to our digital products is granted instantly upon payment, there is no cancellation window. Once a transaction is completed and access is provided, the purchase cannot be cancelled.

If you have joined the waitlist (which is free), you can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us or clicking the unsubscribe link in our notification emails.

6. Credits & Alternatives

In cases where a refund is not applicable but you've had a genuinely unsatisfactory experience, we may offer:

  • Store Credit: Applicable toward future paper purchases.
  • Paper Exchange: Swap for a different exam's papers if available.

Our goal is always to make it right — we're students too, and we understand the value of every rupee.

7. Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our predicted papers. While we cannot guarantee specific exam outcomes, we are confident in the research and effort that goes into creating each paper.
